Asia pure and you can have the perfect date here - in a very intimate setting. The restaurant is located in the basement next to the Steigenberger Hotel. It has been closed for a few months and reopened. I think most likely the better reviews are from before.

The bar, which was busy during our earlier visits, was deserted and it is a shame to see a previously successful restaurant being mismanaged by a new team. The Restaurant Manager told us that the restaurant re-opened in November and that they are doing trials now - trails for three months seem a little excessive... It is really nice venue with good service. However, that waiters wear jeans and sneakers was already weird when they welcomed us. The menu was boring, but if the dishes were good it wouldn’t be such issue. By accident I found breeze by lebua restaurant....

And so much more magical than the Japanese that was here for ages. We walked in to the bar/restaurant and I at first thought we were walking into a spa. I've never seen such a beautiful bar in Germany. It actually reminded me of Thailand, Shanghai or Hongkong. We didn't eat, just had a couple of drinks in...
We arrived for our reservation at 7pm and had to be somewhere at 10pm. We had to ask for the bill before one of our courses even made it to the table. At first, they bring you to a cocktail lounge where you sit and enjoy drinks.
The menu is very limited and boring. Nothing called fusion.The food and ingredients... Been served has nothing to do with Asian food, or Asian fusion. I don’t think the cook (sorry, this person just can’t be called chef) never ate or saw Asian food. If you go somewhere to cheap Chinese/Thai restaurant, you will get much better experience. The crispy chicken was actually just schnitzel fried in oil which was surely used since they’ve opened this place.
The servers were very friendly and did a wonderful job explaining everything and making sure we were happy. They will constantly fill your water glass throughout your meal -- you're paying for this (they don't mention that). So, if you don't want a water refill, let them know. I probably wouldn't return due to the price, but it was definitely nice to experience once. Butted up against the Sacramento River and surrounded by trees you can barely wrap your arms around is the River Breeze Mobile Home Park. This quiet neighborhood takes you away from the hustle of Redding’s hottest attractions and delivers you to your own private sanctuary alongside nature.
Is just brilliant place food 10/10 and everything else just fab. We ordered the 5 course menu and one main meal. The appetizer parts were very tasty, but I must say the main meal was good but not really good enough for a restaurant of this standard.
